This Privacy Policy explains how M&D TRUCK SERVICES LLC (doing business as MD Truck Services, "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects information about the brokers, shippers, dealers and their staff ("you") for whom we dispatch vehicle transport loads, including information connected with our text message (SMS) account notifications.

1. Who we are

M&D TRUCK SERVICES LLC (dba MD Truck Services) is a car-hauling dispatch company located at 4122 Bougainvillea St, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. You can reach us at mdtruckservices@gmail.com or (561) 782-1532.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the business information we need to dispatch, deliver and get paid for loads:

• Business contact information: your name, company name, business email address, and business or mobile phone number, provided to us on a rate confirmation or dispatch sheet, or verbally or in writing when you give us your number for payment and paperwork follow-up.
• Load and account information: load or order numbers, vehicle details, pickup and delivery locations and dates, bills of lading (BOL) and other delivery paperwork, invoices, and payment terms and payment status.
• Messaging records: the text messages we send you and your replies, including opt-in, STOP (opt-out) and HELP requests, with dates and times.

3. How we use information

• To dispatch, track and deliver the loads you book with us.
• To send you account notifications about your loads, by text message, email or phone, including payment status, invoices, delivery confirmations, BOL and paperwork, and payment follow-ups, through the MD Truck Services Account Notifications program.
• To respond to your questions and HELP requests and to honor STOP (opt-out) requests.
• To keep accurate business, accounting and tax records and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your mobile number to send marketing or promotional messages.

4. Text messaging (SMS) privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The only parties that receive your mobile number are the service providers we use to deliver our text messages and run our business (our SMS and telephone provider, Twilio). They may use it only to provide those services to us and may not use it for their own marketing.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Conditions for details.

5. When we share information

Apart from the SMS restrictions above, we share business information only as needed to complete and get paid for your loads: with the carrier and driver hauling your vehicles, with service providers who work for us under confidentiality obligations, when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights. The restrictions in section 4 always apply to mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including limiting access to the people who need it to handle your loads and payments, and using password-protected systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Retention

We keep load, invoice and payment records for 7 years to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements, and then delete them. We keep records of your text messaging consent and opt-out requests for as long as needed to prove consent and honor opt-outs.

8. Your choices and rights

• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing mdtruckservices@gmail.com or calling (561) 782-1532. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
• Opting out of text messages does not affect your loads or payments. We may still contact you by email or phone about open loads and invoices.

9. Adults only

Our website, services and messages are intended for adults 18 and older acting for a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
